David Bianchi the new PS for Civil Aviation, Ports and Marine

David Bianchi is the new principal secretary for Civil Aviation, Ports and Marine, the Office of the President announced yesterday.

Mr Bianchi holds a Master of Science degree in Economics, with a specialisation in industrialisation, trade, and economic policy from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, United Kingdom. He brings with him 31 years of experience in the public service.
