Victoria and Zhuhai strengthen ties with Letter of Intent |25 March 2025

The City of Victoria, Seychelles and the City of Zhuhai, China, last week signed a Letter of Intent to enhance cooperation and foster exchanges across various sectors.

This milestone agreement reaffirms the long-standing friendship between the two cities and underscores their shared commitment to mutual growth and prosperity.

The Letter of Intent was signed by Lydia Charlie, acting Mayor of Victoria, and Yuan Mindao, Vice- President of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) during a short ceremony last week at the Mayor’s Office, State House Avenue.
