Ocean brought to life in Victoria

In a remarkable collaboration between art and marine conservation, local artist Andy Alvis and alumni of the Save Our Seas Foundation - D’Arros Experience teamed up on Saturday to transform an unassuming alleyway in Victoria into a breathtaking underwater seascape. This initiative, has breathed life into the narrow passage near the central police station, depicting mangroves, sharks, rays, herons, and frigatebirds in vivid detail.
