Alyse Atanase is the perfect example of the career development programme at Club Med. Since joining the Sainte Anne resort, she has climbed up the ladder to head the main restaurant, the Turtle Cove. She is now in charge of a team of local and expatriate colleagues after intensive training and international exposure.
