‘Moratorium applies only to new requests,’ SFA clarifies

The Seychelles Fisheries Authority said the moratorium on the chartering and importation of small-scale longline tuna fishing vessels does not apply to investors that had a pre-approval to bring in a vessel but only to new requests.
