UN International Anti-Corruption Day – December 9 |11 December 2023
‘Let us join hands, united in our commitment to eradicate corruption’
“On this UN International Anti-Corruption Day, we acknowledge the fight against corruption is an ongoing challenge. It requires sustained political will, continuous improvement of our system, legislation, and the unwavering commitment of all stakeholders. Today, and in light of the recent disasters that have befallen our country over the last few days, we call upon every Seychellois to continue to embrace the values of honesty, integrity, and accountability in their daily lives. Together, and now more than ever, we need to build a society where corruption is not tolerated, and where the principles of good governance and fairness prevail.
“ACCS stands firm in its resolve to fight corruption. We refuse to accept it as a norm and we are determined to create a brighter future for our nation. Let us join hands, united in our commitment to eradicate corruption, and build a Seychelles that thrives on transparency, accountability, and justice for all.
