“Education is a system whereby students acquire knowledge, skills to achieve their goals. Education is also one of the major keys to success. Some main problems in Seychelles’ education system include lack of Seychellois teachers, language barrier between foreign teachers and students, and lack of discipline.

Solutions could include motivating teachers, so they could in turn inspire their students to join the profession and providing attractive packages for upcoming teachers.”
