Motorcade showcases SFRSA’s fleet of vehicles and other assets

As part of celebrations to mark the International Firefighters’ Day, the Seychelles Fire & Rescue Services Agency (SFRSA) in collaboration with the Airport Fire Services organised a motorcade along some main streets of Victoria on Saturday, showcasing their assets such as vehicles and fire tenders.

The motorcade started at 9am at the Victoria Station and proceeded along Latanier Road to the Unity Monument roundabout, continuing along Constitution Avenue to Palm Street then turning left onto Albert Street all the way down along the Rue de la Possession and back to the Victoria Station.

The roads were closed in phases as the motorcade proceeded under the supervision of the Seychelles Police Force.

Fire safety tips were given through means of leaflets and posters during the event.

The accompanying photos show some highlights of the motorcade.
