Emirates recognises top Seychelles travel agents for supporting ticket sales |24 January 2023
Emirates recognised its top travel agents in Seychelles during a special ceremony held at the Savoy Resort and Spa on Friday, January 20, 2023.
Silver Pearl Tours and Travel, Sea Shell Travel, Mason’s Air Travel, Creole Air Travel, Ocean Air Travel, Travel Plus and Ile Voyages received certificates of appreciation from Emirates for their ongoing support of ticket sales in Seychelles.
The certificates were presented to them by Oomar Ramtoola, Emirates’ manager for Mauritius and the Indian Ocean Islands and Denise Prea, Emirates’ country manager – Seychelles.
Furthermore, Silver Pearl Tours and Travel received the top honour from the airline as ‘Best Performing Agent for 2021/22’.
“This year, the ceremony takes a deeper meaning as it signifies that our operations and the travel industry as a whole have recovered and returned to normal. I congratulate all the travel agents who have received an award today, but I seize this opportunity to commend the industry which has shown resilience in the face of unprecedented adversity. I also wish to thank the key stakeholders who made it possible for the tourism industry in Seychelles to overcome the challenges we faced,” said Mr Ramtoola.

We are pleased that our partnership has been beneficial to all parties, and we wish them continued success. We look forward to strengthening our relationship in the coming years,” added Mr Ramtoola.
