Speaker Azarel Ernesta takes affirmation of adherence at 58th SADC PF plenary assembly
The Speaker of the National Assembly of Seychelles, Hon. Azarel Ernesta, officially took her Affirmation of Adherence before the Southern African Development Community Parliamentary Forum (SADC PF) Plenary Assembly on Tuesday December 2, 2025, marking a significant milestone in Seychelles’ parliamentary diplomacy.
The historic event took place during the 58th Plenary Assembly of SADC PF, taking place at the Coastlands Hotel and Convention Centre in the eThekwini Metropolitan Municipality, Durban, South Africa.
