Wildlife filmmaker Filipe DeAndrade explores Seychelles

Wildlife filmmaker, producer and National Geographic explorer, Filipe DeAndrade, is presently in Seychelles as part of the ongoing ‘The Great Blue Wall’ initiative by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN).

The initiative aims to create interconnected protected and conserved marine areas (“seascapes”) to counteract the effects of climate change and global warming in the Western Indian Ocean region while unlocking the potential of the blue economy to become the driver of nature conservation and sustainable development outcomes.
