‘Atrap Lafimen’ by Lauren holds number one spot for second week in a row |24 May 2021

In this week's official lineup for the Paradise FM charts Lauren was able to hold her number one position for the second consecutive week with her song ‘Atrap Lafimen’.

‘Atrap Lafimen’, which was released thirteen weeks ago, proved to be quite the sleeper hit after spending 11 weeks slowly climbing the charts to number one.

This week the charts also got a new entry as ‘Bondye Zalu’ by Vewoh debuted at number six.

‘Dan En Milyon’ by Selvin Cesar maintains its number two position after initially spending three weeks at number one while ‘Memwar’ by MV Ft Omega & Riggid maintained the third position this week after dropping to that position last week.

‘Ale Si Ou Le’ by Liba has gained traction as it climbed three spots to number four after spending three weeks on the chart. The popular song displaced ‘Ziska Nou Old’ by Nene who fell to number five this week after peaking at number four. However ‘I Praise you Lord’, another track by Nene, is gaining some traction this week, climbing the charts once again to number eight after dropping three points to number nine last week.

Falling out of the top five, ‘Lafwa’ by Joseph Sinon Ft Clive fell two places to number seven after peaking only at number five in their third week on the charts.

After spending thirteen weeks on the charts and peaking at number one for three weeks, it looks like ‘Miss Photogenic’ by Mercenary may be making its way out of the top ten after dropping three points from number six to number nine.

Still holding steady at number ten for the second consecutive week is ‘Mon ek ou nou de’ which debuted last week.

Each week fans vote for their favourite artists and song by texting the song code to 2520170 between the hours of 10am to 11am during the ‘Chicco dan paradi’ show, 2pm to 3pm during the Cus Mun’s ‘En pti pe dan tou’ hour and 4.45pm to 6pm during Oriji’s The Cruize show.
