Astonishing Christmas show at Trotters Stop pre-primary school |17 December 2020

Trotters Stop pre-primary school organised its end-of-year/Christmas show with an astonishing musical play entitled ‘Rapunzel’ together with brand new Christmas songs at the International Conference Centre.

The children were cheered by their parents who came in good numbers.

School director Poonam Verma expressed that “we had every reason to spread some extra cheer this unprecedented year and that is exactly what we did. We wanted to give a magical experience and memories that would help us all to look back at 2020 with a little more hope and happiness.”

Mrs Verma also noted that this year was a different and new experience for the children and teachers.

“We did follow the guidelines of the Ministry of Health about social distancing and other relevant precautions. Parents were requested to wear masks throughout the programme, and we invited one parent of each family though they were not happy about it!”

To prepare for the show, children practised the songs and the play for almost the whole term. The director of school added that they all put in an incredible effort in preparing and organising such a wonderful and perfect musical day which was evident in the result.
