Another Praslin trip for Rovers as they face Côte d’Or in semis

After eliminating Praslin side Revengers in the quarterfinals, Rovers who are chasing the SeyPearl Championship Two title and automatic promotion next season, have booked another trip to Stad Amitié on Praslin after being drawn against Côte d’Or in the semifinals of the SFF Cup.

On Saturday, Rovers travelled to Praslin and surprised Revengers 2-1 on their own turf at Stad Amitié to book their semifinal spot against former first division league champions Côte d’Or who beat Championship Two side Beau Vallon 5-2 in another quarterfinal match.

Can Rovers repeat the feat against another top flight club from Praslin?

The other semifinal will feature La Digue side La Passe who eliminated defending champions St Louis on a 5-4 score (4-3 on penalties after the score remained locked at 1-1 after extra-time) and Foresters who dispatched Pointe Larue Bazar Brothers 2-0.

The draw took place yesterday at the Maison Football.
