Football - Skychef Servair enters long-time partnership with Futuro Sports Sesel |14 March 2020
Local catering company Skychef Servair and Futuro Sports Sesel Academy have entered a long-time partnership, with the latter stepping up as one of the main sponsors of the academy which targets grassroots football and youth development in the country.
To kick-start the new partnership, chief executive and director of Skychef Servair, Pascale d’Offay, on Thursday presented a cheque for R25,000 to chairman of Futuro Sports Sesel, Lucas Panayi, during a small presentation at Stad Popiler, in the presence of sales and marketing manager Sharon Botchoix, players and members of the academy.
Handing over the sponsorship, Mrs d’Offay noted that as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR), Skychef Servair is proud to be associated to such cause which touches the community and the environment.
Mr Panayi, on his part, thanked the catering company for its support which he said is greatly appreciated and will also make a big difference in the lives of the young players.
To date, the Futuro Sports Sesel Academy has 165 registered members and operating in three different locations, namely La Retraite, Roche Caïman and Anse Aux Pins.
The fee to join the academy is R400 monthly, while players can also spend a one-on-one session with the coaches for R100.
