Sergeant Major Annette Course

Annette Course promoted to Sergeant Major

Annette Course has been promoted to the rank of Sergeant Major, becoming the first female officer in the history of the Seychelles Police Force to attain the rank.

Having joined the force on September 1, 2007, Sergeant Major Course brings 19 years of dedicated service and experience. Throughout her career, she has served in a range of units and sections, including regular policing, the Summons and Warrant Unit, the Victim Identification Centre (VIC), and the Security Support Unit (SSU).

According to a communiqué from the Seychelles Police Force, her promotion marks a significant milestone for gender equality and female representation in senior law enforcement leadership.
