Deidrey Roucou crowned Miss Regatta 2026

Praslin’s Deidrey Roucou has been crowned Miss Regatta 2026, turning a long-held dream into reality after seizing the opportunity to compete in this year’s pageant.

The 25-year-old Tourism Economics student at the University of Seychelles (UniSey), who is also a national referee and a strong advocate for youth empowerment and Seychellois culture, emerged victorious among 10 contestants.

The contestants were Geesha Capricieuse, Rowena Marie, Deidrey Roucou, Annick Vidot, Lain Moise, Issis Loze, Shalimaky Marie, Janessa Telemaque, Leila Laporte and Shenera Victorin.
