Vice-President explains government’s attendance at international investment forum

Vice-President Sebastien Pillay yesterday answered a private notice question in the National Assembly regarding the government’s participation in a recent international forum aimed at attracting foreign investors.

The question was raised by leader of the opposition Bernard Georges, who sought clarification on whether any government official had attended a meeting in Europe concerning policies to attract foreign investors through citizenship or residency programmes.
