First voted chairman of the Seychelles Athletics Federation in 2025 following the passing of Selby Dora in 2024, former sprinter Vincent Hoareau was given another vote of confidence in the recent 59th SAF elective annual general meeting.
Sports NATION spoke to Mr Hoareau about his key priorities for the SAF; changes athletes, coaches and the public expect to see from the SAF; his plan to make athletics more attractive to young Seychellois; and measures the SAF are taking to prevent athletes from using performance-enhancing substances.
