Minister Desaubin outlines support for small businesses and young entrepreneurs

Minister for Industry & Enterprise Geralda Desaubin has outlined the range of financial facilities available to small businesses and young entrepreneurs in Seychelles, beyond the Seed Capital Grant Scheme.

She was responding to a question from elected member for English River Hon. Andy Labonté, who asked what other grant or loan facilities were available through the ministry to support small businesses, particularly talented young people with business potential, and what criteria applied.

Minister Desaubin explained that the only direct financial assistance provided by the Ministry of Industry & Enterprise is the Seed Capital Grant, administered by the Enterprise Seychelles Agency (Esa).
