New FIA-funded kart fleet arrives in Seychelles
Autosport Seychelles has reached another major milestone in the development of motorsport in Seychelles with the arrival of a new fleet of 12 karts, acquired following the national sporting authority’s successful award of funding through the FIA President’s Development Fund. Comprising nine Cadet karts and three Bambino karts, the fleet has now arrived in Seychelles and is being assembled. Once preparation is complete, the karts will undergo testing at Champions Park Raceway ahead of their official launch, marking the beginning of a new grassroots initiative aimed at giving children from as young as five the opportunity to experience karting.
