Seychelles validates new biodiversity action plan |05 September 2026

The Ministry of Environment, Climate, Energy & Natural Resources, with support from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), held a one-day validation workshop yesterday at the Eden Bleu Hotel for Seychelles’ National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (NBSAP).
The workshop marked a key milestone in finalising the NBSAP, following extensive stakeholder consultations on the draft strategy. The plan will guide biodiversity protection and conservation for years to come.
