HFC launches new loan

to support home repairs

For many Seychellois families, maintaining and upgrading their homes is a vital investment in comfort, safety and long-term security. Yet major renovation projects often involve significant costs, especially when they include structural repairs, essential replacements or works to strengthen properties against climate-related risks.

The Housing Finance Company (HFC) Major Renovation Loan is designed to help eligible Seychellois citizens finance extensive renovation works to an existing residence. The property must be used exclusively for private residential purposes, and only one loan under the scheme is permitted per household.
