Team Seychelles leave for the inaugural Games
Seychelles’ team for the inaugural Eswatini National Youth Games, slated for August 14 to 17 in the Kingdom of Eswatini, left yesterday afternoon.
Seychelles Olympic and Commonwealth Games Association (Socga) president Alain Alcindor is heading the delegation which comprises five athletes who will compete in three sporting disciplines. They are track and field athletes Aaliyah Nicette (100m and 200m), Odysius Melanie (100m and 200m) and Khalil Payet (high jump), boxer Franco Zialor (60kg) and swimmer Nasri Jean-Baptiste (50m freestyle, 100m freestyle, 200m freestyle, 400m freestyle and 50m butterfly).
