For Chelsea Joubert, the sea has become a place of confidence, purpose, and a career she never imagined for herself. At 27, this young mother is charting her own course in the maritime world, proving that the helm is not reserved for men – and that sometimes the most unexpected choices lead you exactly where you’re meant to be.
Chelsea grew up in a close-knit family of four with her parents and younger sister. She spent her early childhood in Roche Caiman before moving to Corgat Estate, where much of her upbringing unfolded. In her teenage years, she relocated to Mare Anglaise in Beau Vallon, which she still calls home today.
