SRC moves to final stage of e‑invoicing procurement |25 July 2026

The Seychelles Revenue Commission (SRC) has entered the final stage of procuring a mandatory electronic invoicing (e‑invoicing) system – one of the key reforms announced in the national budget to improve tax compliance, reduce revenue leakage, and modernise the country’s tax administration.
At a press conference on Thursday, acting Commissioner General Fred Morel explained that the procurement process began in March 2026 with the publication of an Expression of Interest inviting technology companies to participate.
