The future of chess in Seychelles was on full display on Monday as students from primary and secondary schools across the country gathered at the Mont Fleuri secondary school to celebrate International Chess Day with the second National Interschool Chess Blitz Tournament.

The expanded competition produced thrilling encounters, new champions and another significant milestone in the development of chess in the nation's schools.
