RCSS starts capacity assessment

The Red Cross Society of Seychelles (RCSS) has embarked on its first Organisational Capacity Assessment and Certification (OCAC) workshop, marking a milestone in strengthening the National Society’s ability to serve vulnerable communities.

With the humanitarian landscape evolving, RCSS recognised the need to review and assess its organisational capacity to remain relevant, effective, and responsive to community needs.
