Music without borders: Black Sea Fleet stages second concert in Victoria

The Russian Black Sea Fleet Song and Dance Ensemble gave its second concert in Seychelles on July 2 at the International Conference Centre Seychelles (ICCS) in Victoria.

The event, organised by the Russian Ministry of Defence, the African Initiative news agency, and the Department of Culture, Arts and National Heritage of Seychelles, was dedicated to the 50th anniversary of Seychelles’ independence.
