Public service at 50: Building trust, embracing change

In commemoration of Public Service Day on June 23, the Department of Public Administration hosted a chief executive forum at the Savoy Resort and Spa, where President Dr Patrick Herminie addressed public officers for the first time.

President Herminie reminded attendees of the promise made 50 years ago: that Seychelles would be governed with purpose, administered with professionalism, and always place its people at the centre.

“Today on Public Service Day, we honour 50 years of that promise being kept,” he stated.
