SPTC records ridership growth after revised bus schedule |13 June 2026

The Seychelles Public Transport Corporation (SPTC) has reported positive results following the introduction of its revised bus schedule on May 25, 2026. The changes were designed to accommodate the country’s new flexible work hours and have already led to increased passenger numbers and improved service coordination.

Speaking at a press conference yesterday, SPTC’s chief executive Geffy Zialor and head of Corporate Affairs Alex Etienne outlined the corporation’s performance since the new timetable came into effect.
