Performing the theme song

The official theme song for the 50th National Day celebrations to mark 50 years of Seychelles’ independence was unveiled during a ceremony held at the Eden Bleu hotel yesterday evening.

The theme song titled Selebre Seselwa, which was written by Seychellois artist Raymond Clarisse and performed by various artists, was revealed alongside two special lotteries, to mark the important historic milestone, in the presence of Vice-President Sebastien Pillay, members of Cabinet, the National Day Celebrations Committee, and other distinguished guests.
