SPA to reduce passenger port fees for Seychellois
The Seychelles Ports Authority has announced a 50 percent reduction in passenger port fees for Seychellois travelling on domestic sea routes between Mahé, Praslin and La Digue.
The new fees will come into effect on June 1, 2026.
The decision follows consultations with the Ministry of Transport, Ports and Civil Aviation.
In a press release issued yesterday, the Seychelles Ports Authority (SPA) said the move is in line with “the government’s commitment to reduce cost to the passengers for domestic voyages during this difficult time”.
