KoKoSey: Turning local resources into value-added innovation

For Maria Stevens, her business KoKoSey is proof that local can go far. Using fruits and natural ingredients found in Seychelles, she has developed a range of value-added products from fruit vinegars and breadfruit flour to herbal teas and specialty oils, grounded in the belief that the country can produce healthier, sustainable goods for both local and international markets.
Ms Maria Stevens, owner of KokoSey spoke to Seychelles NATION about the journey of building a business around local fruits, natural ingredients, and value-added products.
