Jade Micock, Dasheil Fanchette follow intensive training camp in the UK
Local pugilists Jade Micock and Dasheil Fanchette are currently following an intensive training camp in the United Kingdom in preparation for the 2026 Commonwealth Games to be held in Glasgow, Scotland, from July 23 to August 2, 2026.
Micock, competing in the 80kg category, and Fanchette in the 85kg category, left Seychelles on March 15, 2026 to attend the training which will last until the opening of the Commonwealth Games. Their training in England is thanks to the generous sponsorship of local company, Tides Seychelles.
