Teams warm up for league campaign by taking part in Pre-Season Cup
After a long break, basketball action returned to the Victoria Gymnasium with the Pre-Season Cup, serving as preparation for the start of the national leagues.
The Pre-Season Cup is being organised by the Seychelles Basketball Federation (SBF) in collaboration with Anse Boileau-based men’s and women’s basketball teams – Drifters and HotShots – to keep the teams in rhythm and action before the league begins.
Six men’s first division teams, nine men’s second division sides, and four women’s squads are taking part in the tournament. The teams have been drawn into different pools.
