Private schools shine at Commonwealth quiz finals

The Independent School and Vijay International School have emerged as the grand winners of the Commonwealth quiz hosted by the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development.

The finals which were held last Thursday afternoon at the National Theatre, Mont Fleuri, featured both a primary and secondary school quiz, with students from the winning schools competing in the final round.
