CBS awards 11th recipient of the Guy Morel High Achievement Scholarship

The Central Bank of Seychelles has awarded the 2026 Guy Morel High Achievement Scholarship to Amelie Desaubin as this year’s successful postgraduate scholarship recipient. The Governor of the Central Bank of Seychelles (CBS), Caroline Abel, presented Ms Desaubin with her award certificate during a short ceremony held on Thursday, March 12, 2026.

Ms Desaubin, a Virtual Asset Services Supervision Analyst at the Financial Services Authority, holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours) in International Business and Marketing from Taylor’s University, Malaysia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with Marketing from the University of the West of England, Bristol.
