Vice-President Pillay meets with heads of AU organs

On the margins of the 39th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of the African Union, Vice-President Sebastien Pillay held high-level bilateral meetings with the leadership of key African Union organs to advance the interests of Seychelles as an African Island State.

In a meeting with Wamkele Mene, secretary general of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), Vice- President Pillay advocated for enhanced trade cooperation between mainland Africa and island nations.
