FSA and SIB represent Seychelles at IFX EXPO Dubai 2026

The Financial Services Authority (FSA), in collaboration with the Seychelles Investment Board (SIB) and the Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning, Trade and Investment, is participating in IFX EXPO Dubai 2026, held from February 11–12 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Seychelles’ delegation includes Peter Sinon, executive director at the Ministry of Finance; Pascal Morin, chief executive of the FSA; Arlette Houareau, manager of the Virtual Assets Services Supervision Section; Virginie Quatre, director of the Capital Markets and Collective Investment Schemes Supervision Section (CMCISS); Geetha D’Souza, manager of CMCISS; Lissa Bristol, director of Corporate Communications; Karen Adela, business analyst within the Fiduciary Supervision Section; and Claudia Nourrice, investment analyst at SIB.
