Melval Dugasse appointed deputy CEO of Property Management Corporation

The board of the Property Management Corporation (PMC) has announced the appointment of Melval Dugasse as the new deputy chief executive, effective January 1, 2026.

Mr Dugasse’s appointment was made in consultation with the Office of the Vice-President, responsible for the department of Housing, and with the endorsement of the President of the Republic, in accordance with Section 75 (1) of the Public Enterprises Act, 2023.

He holds professional certificates in Electronics, General Management, and Information Technology. Over the course of his career, Mr Dugasse has served in various government positions, most recently as deputy chief executive of the Landscape and Waste Management Agency from November 2016 to February 2018.

With his extensive experience and expertise, Mr Dugasse is expected to make significant contributions to the corporation, supporting PMC’s ongoing operations and advancing its institutional objectives.
