The new broom is cleaning up

It cannot have escaped your attention that the people have delivered a new broom into State House and the results so far are very positive and the people expect the new broom to continue to make a wide-ranging cleaning exercise that is long overdue. It is a recognised management principle that when a new chief executive takes over a company or any institution, that changes in management occurs, especially when the company or institution is not performing very well.
