32 new homeowners receive their keys
‘Coastal Breeze Residence’, a newly completed mid-range condominium housing project on Ile Perseverance, was inaugurated yesterday afternoon with 32 families receiving the key to their new homes.
It was President Patrick Herminie who had the honour to unveil the commemorative plaque to officially inaugurate the residence. Present were First Lady, Veronique Herminie; Principal Minister Wallace Cosgrow; ministers; the elected member for Ile Perseverance, Hon. Keneth Athanase; the managing director of Vijay Construction, Vijay Patel; the beneficiaries; other dignitaries and government officials.
