Following the Presidential Elections on October 11, 2025, Veronique Herminie assumed the role of First Lady of Seychelles. A distinguished professional with a strong background as a Chartered Accountant, she brings over 35 years of experience from both the private and public sectors, including leadership roles as chief executive of Taylor Smith Naval Services Ltd and Commissioner General of the Seychelles Revenue Commission.
