‘We can collectively build a Seychelles where every man and boy is thriving’

“As International Men's Day is observed today (November 19), allow me to extend my warmest greetings to all the men and boys of our nation. This day calls for celebration of you, our fathers and sons, brothers and friends, colleagues and mentors, who contribute greatly to the foundation of our society.

“International Men's Day, observed annually on November 19 since the year 1999, reminds us of the need to recognise the positive contributions that men make toward their families, communities, and nations while also acknowledging the challenges they face. This year's theme, ‘Celebrating Men and Boys’, calls us to honour the successes and humanity of the men who shape our world.
