Nutrition for older adults

 

When we are young we seldom worry about being old. But, if we have a desire to live up to 70 years and beyond, we should start making lifestyle changes today. Many people wait for a diagnosis to appreciate the importance of leading a healthy life but at that point it is often too late to do much. As the saying goes, ‘prevention is better than cure’ therefore you should start investing in your health right now to enable healthy ageing as you get older.
