98 people vote on day 1 on outer islands

Voting on the outer islands are taking place over two days with the first day yesterday reserved for eight islands namely Astove, Assomption, Farquhar being overseen by Electoral Officer Thomas Dauban, Poivre and D’Arros by Nicholas Shamlaye, Denis and Bird by Justin Mathiot and Fregate by Charles Loizeau.
