Seychelles and Rodrigues unite for a sustainable blue economy through fishermen exchange

The Seychelles Fishing and Boat Owners Association (SFBOA), in partnership with the Seychelles Fisheries Authority (SFA) and other key stakeholders, proudly hosted a pioneering exchange programme for nine fishermen from Rodrigues Island.

This initiative marks a milestone in regional cooperation, reinforcing shared commitments to sustainability, resilience, and the future of the Indian Ocean’s fisheries.
