The decision by Linyon Demokratik Seselwa presidential candidate and incumbent president, Wavel Ramkalawan, not to participate in Friday’s televised debate on the Seychelles Broadcasting Corporation (SBC) has drawn strong criticism and disappointment from rival candidates and parties.
