In an article published on Thursday August 7, 2025, entitled ‘Handi sports sprinter Verney Joubert keeps another gold medal home’ Sports NATION inadvertently mentioned that Debbie Songoire won a bronze medal for Team Seychelles in long jump (with a performance of 1.53m). It should have read “in high jump”.

The newspaper apologises for the mistake.
